Good morning UACC families!!
Welcome (back) to the University of Arkansas Children’s Choir! We are THRILLED that your family may join us on our trip to England from June 18-25, 2026! The itinerary for this spectacular trip is attached. (The more families that we have signed up to attend, the cheaper the cost.) The individual registration flyer contains cost percentages. (attachments can be found here)
Some things to note:
- You are welcome to find your own transportation to London. If you arrange your own flights, you will need to pay for the “land only option” for the trip.
- ALL UACC students must have at least one parent chaperone attend the trip with them.
- The trip cost estimate per person is $3900 for a quadruple room. If your family chooses a double or triple occupancy, you will pay more.
- If you need help with fundraising for this trip, MCI offers direct fundraising that is tied to each student account. (Please see attached flyer).
- We will have a meeting with an MCI representative, Cutler Boughn, on Wednesday, September 3rd at 5:00 pm. Please write down any questions that we are unable to answer here or at the parent meeting tomorrow and join us via Zoom next week.

- Unless flight availability changes, we will fly out of Tulsa. The trip cost estimate includes charters to/from the Tulsa airport so families do not have to pay for gas/hotel/parking.
- The deadline for trip sign-up is September 15th.
