ATTENDING VENDORS

VENDOR INFORMATION

Vendors will be placed in spaces based on the content of the exhibit. We will have larger spaces for vendors who will be bringing instruments or items that can be tested, and smaller spaces for those with informational or other goods. Rooms will have access to outlets, wifi, and cell phone service. On Friday and Saturday the schedule is blocked from 5-6PM for Vendor Visits.

Fees: Vendors will be charged $40/table in addition to registration fees.

Deadline for Vendor Registration is March 1, 2023

12PM Load-In (Quiet Space Vendors)

2PM Load-In (Loud Space Vendors)

Vendors open until 6PM

8AM-6PM

Closed from 12-1PM

8AM-11AM
